1. Please extract zip files and copy files from extracted files to these folders:
/app/code/local/Iclick -> [magento_path]/app/code/local/
/app/design/layout/iclick_advanced_pagination.xml-> [magento_path]/app/design/frontend/[your_current_package]/[your_current_theme]/layout/iclick_advanced_pagination.xml
/app/design/template/iclick_advancedPagination-> [magento_path]/app/design/frontend/[your_current_package]/[your_current_theme]/template/iclick_advancedPagination
/js/iclicknetwork -> [magento_path]/js/iclicknetwork
/app/etc/modules/Iclick_AdvancedPagination.xml -> [magento_path]/app/etc/modules/Iclick_AdvancedPagination.xml

2. Follow this path in backend to change advanced pagination setting for your new pager:
System -> Configuration -> Iclick -> Advanced Pagination
